10 hour delegate package - day delegate rates

All prices subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.

THE DAY DELEGATE RATE INCLUDES:

• Morning tea / coffee and Danish pastries
• Luncheon – please see enclosed Day Delegate Menus
  
• Afternoon tea / coffee and cake
  
• Conference / meeting room – between 8.00am and 6.00pm
  (subject to minimum numbers)
  
• Standard audio-visual equipment
  (including OHPs, electronic whiteboards, flip charts,
  microphones and lecturns)
  
• Day Delegate Pack, comprising: pads, pencils and cordials
  
• Entrance to the museum and grounds
  (during normal opening hours)
  
  If you require access to our conference facilities prior to your
  event day, or outside normal opening hours, please contact us
  for availability and additional charges.
