THE INCREDIBLE SEVEN (1959)
The film made to launch the Austin Mini (an almost identical one, Wizardry on Wheels, was made for the Morris Mini Minor) with footage showing the design, development, prototype, testing and factory assembly. 30 minutes
THE ROAD TO MONTE CARLO (1960)
The world of motorsport was about to change for ever, but the first outing of the Mini was not very successful in international competition. 15 minutes
THE MONTE CARLO RALLY (1965)
A totally different story in 1965 when Timo Makinen won this great event for the second successive year for the Mini. Paddy Hopkirk, who won his class, won the 1964 event. This was one of the worst Montes on record with blizzard conditions between Chambery and Monte Carlo, but Timo still got through unpenalised. 10 minutes
